Refund Policy
Last updated 10 September 2026
The short version. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund you, no argument. Ask later and we will still look at it fairly.
1. Your statutory right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from it. Because this is a digital service that starts immediately, you agree when you subscribe that we may begin providing it right away — and you keep the right to withdraw within those 14 days regardless.
2. How we apply it
- Within 14 days of your first payment: full refund on request, whether or not you have used the service.
- A renewal you did not intend: tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, provided you have not used that month’s allowance.
- The service did not work: if a technical fault on our side stopped you getting what you paid for, we refund the affected period whenever you report it.
- Beyond that: we do not usually refund a period already used, but write to us and explain — we would rather be fair than technically correct.
3. What is not refundable
We cannot refund on the basis that an application was unsuccessful. The service tailors the wording of your CV; it does not decide who gets hired, and we never promise that it will.
4. How to ask
Email hello@cvreframe.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. No form and no reason required. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Cancelling instead
You can cancel a subscription any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your current period running to its end — it does not itself trigger a refund, so if you want your money back, ask.
